My name is Raheel Khalid, and my mission is to help people achieve balance in health, body, and mind through natural healing, evidence-based nutrition, and fitness.
With over 25 years of personal fitness experience, I’ve dedicated much of my life to understanding how the body responds to movement, nutrition, and recovery. My journey began in the gym — training, learning, and refining — and evolved into a lifelong commitment to holistic wellness. Today, I combine my passion for fitness with the healing art of Hijama (Wet Cupping Therapy) to help others restore their energy, reduce pain, and improve overall wellbeing.
I am a Certified Hijama Practitioner (IPHM), trained in First Aid & CPR (NFAC Australia), and hold multiple qualifications in Nutrition, Diet Planning, and Fitness.
Through my practice, I focus on personalized wellness plans that integrate natural detox methods like cupping with structured diet guidance and smart, sustainable training programs. I believe that true health comes from harmony — not shortcuts — and that everyone deserves a plan designed for their body, goals, and lifestyle.
